Trong phim, nạn nhân đầu tiên của ông trùm pê đê Huỳnh Anh Tuấn là siêu mẫu La Ngọc Duy qua vai diễn anh chàng ngây ngô Tùng Lâm từ Cần Thơ bị dụ dỗ lên thành phố với ước vọng đổi đời. Nạn nhân thứ hai là người mẫu Hoàng Tùng do Hoàng Phi đóng. Đây là tình tiết có thật lấy từ vụ án của người mẫu Đào Thục Anh, con gái của NSƯT – đạo diễn Đào Bá Sơn năm xưa, nhưng được tác giả Nguyễn Quý Dũng hư cấu thêm), và nạn nhân kế tiếp sẽ là ca sĩ Bội Lan (Ngọc Xuân đóng)… Nhận thấy những âm mưu và thủ đoạn của tên bầu sô quá tàn nhẫn, Tùng Lâm đã báo tin cho ban chuyên án và tìm cách bỏ trốn. Những cuộc rượt đuổi gay cấn, những tình tiết ly kỳ đã diễn ra vô cùng phức tạp từ sự chỉ huy của ông trùm pê đê này. Những cảnh quay này được thực hiện toàn bộ ở Thái Lan. Với sự xuất hiện của ba ông trùm trong một phim với nhiều vụ án ly kỳ, tôi tin khán giả sẽ có những câu chuyện rất hay từ bộ phim Sáu mặt rubik này
Phim như một thông điệp cảnh báo với giới trẻ muốn quên đi trách nhiệm với cuộc đời, lao vào cuộc sống phù phiếm và cũng là lời kêu gọi những ai đang lạc lối hãy quay trở về với bến bờ nhân bản.
